- De novo genetic/trait variation associated with genomic rearrangements, retrotransposon activation and DNA methylation in recombinant inbred line populations of derived Brassica juncea neo-allopolyploids-DBT.
- Association mapping for traits associated with N use efficiency using a structured set of founder lines representing structured diversity (Diversity Fixed Foundation Sets for Brassica juncea-BjDFFS)-DBT.
