RESEARCH INTERESTS

• Detection, diagnosis and characterization of emerging plant viruses and viroids in vegetable, fruit and pulse crops.
• Study of host-virus interaction
• Detection of resistant sources and resistance breeding against plant viruses
• Development of eco-friendly management strategy against plant pathogenic viruses
